Chief Operating Officer Jim Jarosz
Biography
Mr. Jarosz has over 35 years’ experience as a financial services industry leader in one of the top performing institutions in the country, M&T Bank. During the first half of his career, he held senior roles within loan product development, operations, risk management and acquisitions. In his second half of his career, he spent his years on the customer front overseeing several business lines (Consumer and Commercial) both for New York and Maryland. He also led the sale of approximately $2B in consumer loan portfolios for the RTC during his senior management role in one of the largest savings banking in the county. He earned a BS in Finance and Accounting from Canisius College along with his MBA. Additionally, he received his Executive Leadership accreditation from the Ross School of Business at Michigan.
