Culain Capital mourns the passing of our partner, colleague, and friend, James “Jim” Jarosz.
Jim was a foundational part of Culain Capital and a trusted partner whose integrity, judgment, and steady leadership helped shape the firm during its most formative years. He was widely respected not only for his professional insight, but for the care, generosity, and authenticity he brought to every relationship.
Beyond his contributions to Culain, Jim was a devoted family man and a loyal friend. He approached both his professional and personal life with humility, warmth, and an unwavering sense of fairness. Those who worked with Jim knew him as someone who listened carefully, acted thoughtfully, and always did the right thing.
Jim’s legacy lives on through the relationships he built, the example he set, and the many people he mentored along the way. He will be deeply missed by all of us at Culain Capital.
