· A copy of your most current accounts receivable aging report  

· A copy of your most current accounts payables aging report  

· A copy of your last month’s corporate bank statement  

· A copy of your customer list to include correct business name, address and phone number

Speedy Trucking Company ships product to its customer Product Now. Instead of Speedy Trucking Company waiting its normal 45 days to get paid by Product Now, it decides to factor that invoice through Culain Capital Management. Culain advances Speedy Trucking 90% of the invoice and collects the payments from Product Now.  Once Culain has fully collected the invoice, Culain provides the remaining 10% minus a 1.5% fee to Speedy Trucking Company.
