Cindy Borden brings over 28 years of Operations Management experience from financial institution, M&T Bank. Her proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally within the organization, allowed Ms. Borden to function in numerous roles as the “face of the bank”. Customer satisfaction and understanding are passions for Ms. Borden. She is driven to create efficient workflows and processes while providing the ultimate customer experience. Ms. Borden earned a BS in Management and Accounting from the University of Buffalo.
