Mark J. Simshauser Senior Vice President - Northeast

 Mr. Simshauser has over 23 years of direct lending to middle market companies throughout the Northeast US. With his commercial finance career beginning at a national NYSE listed finance company and FINOVA Capital, he supported and developed financing opportunities across the country for multiple financing groups of this company. Since then, Mark has built commercial loan portfolios for both national and regional banks and “non-bank” independent finance companies driving loan portfolio growth and institutional profitability. In addition to senior level marketing positions, Mark currently sits on executive boards of NY State development companies, commercial finance associations, regional turnaround chapters and specialty lending platforms adding his expertise in both collateral and balance sheet financing specialties. Mark excels in corporate restructuring and turnaround situations that require keen detail to working capital and liquidity improvement(s). Mark earned his BS in Business – Communications from Fredonia State University and his Master of Science in Economics from The SC Johnson College of Business – Cornell University.
